1) Mental Status Examination: View the recorded psychiatric interview submitted in Week 4 and observe the mental status of your volunteer. Use appropriate terminology to document your observations of the mental status exam (MSE) components below.
Appearance
The interviewee was an African American female, aged 32 years. She was well dressed in smart casuals for the season, hair and makeup done impeccably. Her personal cleanliness was reasonable as there looked no any conspicuous dermis changes.
Behavior and attitude
She showcased a friendly and cooperative manner during the entire interview. Her attitude was good with relaxed trends. She was also making good eye contact and was very much a part of the discussion.
